“Vallou” is the brand name under which Vallou CPA, PC and Vallou, Inc. provide professional services in an alternative practice structure.

Vallou CPA, PC is a licensed accountancy corporation in the State of California and provides services in accordance with the regulations and professional standards of the California Board of Accountancy.

Vallou, Inc. provides tax, accounting, and business advisory services. Vallou, Inc. is not a licensed CPA firm and these services are not regulated by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

Each entity is separately organized, owned, and managed. No entity is responsible for the services or activities of the other.

Professional services, when engaged, are provided under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work with the entity named in that agreement (typically Vallou, Inc.).
